Description:  Conveniently located on any surface in the lobby or waiting area, by a product display or on a customer service desk.  It’s even available in a kiosk.  This interactive touch screen video terminal will provide customers with immediate, 60-second product video profiles and answers to their common questions.  Each product video provides an easy-to-understand video demonstration that includes selling points, comparisons, applications etc.  Products come alive with colorful, dynamic video scenes.  The no-pressure, on-demand learning environment allows customers to make informed decisions about products at that own pace. 

 

 

Technical: The Video Learning Terminal is a unique design that combines several software programs to deliver the highest quality video display and the greatest interactive interface.  Programming can be loaded and updated by DVD, the Internet, or via satellite.  The terminal provides either touch screen or keyboard interface.  It can connect users to the Internet gathering current information on pricing or specifications.  If needed, users can print out product sheets or applications at the end of the video. 

 

 

Production: The short one and two minute videos are produced by StagePost and placed on the server with a graphic display of the touch buttons.  Video can be added to your website and the footage is available for you to use in TV commercials.  The videos can also be copied to lap tops for presentation or loaded on to searchable DVDs for client mailings.  New products are added and current products can be updated quickly and affordably.
