How It Works
The process begins with the Client and Stagepost developing training objectives and critical subject matter. Stagepost will create a curriculum and a syllabus, followed by a script for each of the 52 training sessions. The content will then be filmed and edited at Stagepost studios or at the Client’s facilities. The training programs will then be distributed via DVD or satellite to each corporate office or retail location. There is no limit to the number of distribution locations. Training sessions are designed to occur weekly over a 52-week period. Employers may designate specific times for each employee to participate in Training In An Instant tm or allow each employee to choose a time that is most convenient for their schedules.

Training In An Instant tm is intended to be interactive and individualized so the sessions are best viewed by one employee at a time at a touch screen terminal or at a PC. (However, Stagepost can design training content for larger audiences.) The Training In An Instant tm system includes a critical reporting option that allows employers to see who participated, when they participated, and with what training session. A short self-test and comment section can be provided at the end of each session for evaluation purposes.
